Mention in Université Laval's Le Fil journal


Last November, Université Laval’s Le Fil journal presented a summary of the research conducted by Alexandre Marois, a Ph.D. student in the laboratory, in an article entitled “Quand les yeux ont des oreilles [When eyes have ears]”. These results, published in International Journal of Psychophysiology, suggest that the pupil of the eye can be used as an index for attention orienting toward sounds. Ultimately, such measure could even serve to increase aviation security.
