Microworld Simulation and Personnel Selection

Project
Compétences non techniques et micromondes pour la e-sélection

Summary
Work organizations have undergone a major reorientation over the past few decades, which has become more significant since the beginning of the 21st century. This transition towards the Industry 4.0 of the digital and AI era reflects a change in society’s vision, in the management of organizations and human resources, propelled by the emergence of new technologies. Organizations whose success relies on the quality of their staff are becoming increasingly proactive and demanding when it comes to finding candidates whose skills need to match with the pace of innovation. This research project aims to develop and validate an intelligent digital tool for the selection of highly qualified personnel. The development of a digital application for assessing soft skills, such as complex problem solving, through objective measures such as the use of microworlds, would help to ensure a better match between the candidate and the position to be filled.
