
Research associate
Denis completed his master's degree in electrical engineering in 1995 at Université Laval's (vision and digital systems laboratory) and has since continued at the same location as a research professional. With over 25 years' experience, his specialties include: electronic design, real-time acquisition and control systems, robotics, digital vision, 3D vision, 3D digitizing, programming and network administration. Over the years, Denis has collaborated on many multidisciplinary projects in various fields: optics, renewable energies, architecture, medicine, dentistry, psychology, biology, history, music and museology. Involvement in psychology began with the Co-Dot lab on a part-time basis from 2010 to 2012, and was resumed at the end of 2022. His roles at the Co-Dot lab are to set up and maintain the operation of the laboratory's equipment, and then to support the development of applications used in various research projects.
